At Gunsmoke Grace, we stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags still attached
- In original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Store Credit: As a small business, we're only able to issue returns as store credit, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order at gunsmokegrace.com.
Final Sale Items: Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. All sale purchases are as-is.
Non-Returnable Items: Tumblers are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Gunsmoke Grace is not responsible for lost return packages.
How to Start a Return: Email us at lexiekrehlik@gmail.com or text us at (701) 301-1263 with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you instructions for where to send your item.
